A huge glacier - the third largest reserve of fresh water in the world - stretches between mountains and towers over the small crowd of people gathered nearby.

The Perito Moreno Glacier, located in Los Glaciares National Park, in Santa Cruz province, Argentina, is a 97 square miles (250 squared kilometres) ice formation.

The impressive natural structure is 19 miles long (30km) and has been declared a 'world heritage site' by UNESCO.
