Workers spend hours in the blazing sunshine separating salt in fields, with huge piles ready to be taken away for storage. Photographer Le Thai Duong, 28, was able to capture workers producing salt in Bac Lieu Province, Vietnam, with these fields providing a large proportion of the salt for the Mekong Delta region, encompassing 15,000 square miles.
