The world's first patisserie where everything is cooked by steam was launched today.<br />
Chef Rachel Khoo, famous for her Little Paris Kitchen TV show, unveiled the Steam Patisserie, using ovens by high-end appliance maker Miele.<br />
Rachel, 33, showcased the Miele Combination Steam Applicances, at the pop up patisserie on London's Regents Street.<br />
They allow users to achieve professional-level cooking results from the comfort of their very own home by combining the best in fan and conventional ovens with steam.<br />
Rachel cooked brioche buns, fruit tartlets and a chocolate sponge to show off the diversity of baking with steam. SEE OUR COPY FOR MORE.<br />
