A London tube station is being transformed into the 'ultimate' underground cinema. Cinematic classics including Strangers on a Train and Blade Runner will be aired at Charing Cross underground station's disused platforms to celebrate the Night Tube.
The events, organised by Underground Film Club, will see the station transformed into a cinema complete with popcorn stands, hotdogs, and directors’ chairs, with five days of screenings. The pop-up cinema will be held in the hallway between platforms with director chairs filling the space where hundreds of commuters once walked through. SEE OUR COPY FOR DETAILS.
