A grandfather who has spent the last 12 years transforming his council house into a stunning replica of the world-famous Sistine Chapel has finally completed his masterpiece.  Former decorator Robert Burns, 67, has been painting his three-bedroom home one room at a time after being inspired by Renaissance painters and the Vatican City.<br />
