The most spectacular meteor shower of the year showing shooting stars zooming past as they light up the sky has been captured on camera. Professional photographer David Tipling, 48, set up his camera equipment at the Cley marshes, 20 miles from Norwich, Norfolk. He arrived at his chosen location at 11pm on Monday evening and left it filming for a staggering six hours. After collecting the one-of-a-kind footage at 5am, Mr Tipling complied the recordings into a sublime 22-second time lapse. The special video shows the clouds and stars jet past the camera and you can clearly see the Perseids Meteor Shower that occurs every August.
