These playful penguins are not fazed by the sub-zero temperatures as they dive into freezing water from a giant iceberg.

The huge colony of waddling animals slowly make their way to the edge of the huge iceberg before jumping into the water.

Gentoo, adelie and chinstrap penguins all dive into the water as they enjoy an afternoon swim in the Antarctic.

And a photographer has braved the adverse weather conditions to capture the unique moment from a different perspective.

Justin travelled to the Petermann Island in the Antarctic Peninsula to observe the penguins' fascinating behaviour.
