Hundreds of clay pots are filled with curd as workers make the traditional dish in a Bangladeshi factory.  Photos taken in the country's largest curd making plant illustrate the process which sees 3,000 pots delivered in a day.<br />

The sweet dish, which is made by boiling milk to reduce it and mixing in yoghurt and sugar, is called 'Mishti Doi'.  Photographer Abdul Momin, who visited the factory in Sherpur Upazila to take these pictures, said: "It is made by boiling the milk until it's reduced to half and thickened.
