A worker crouches amid hundreds of bunches of brightly coloured incense sticks.
The bright red sticks, which cover more than 200 square metres, are left to dry in the sun before being taking into a workshop and infused with fragrance.
The locals use a mixture of cinnamon powder, rice husks and sawdust to produce the sticks.
Amateur photographer Dình Chính Nghiem took the pictures while visiting the small village of Quang Phu Cau, near Hanoi, in Vietnam.
