Workers cycle in formation as they carry baskets of watermelons on tricycles.

The cyclists collect the fruit from watermelon fields then travel for up to 50 kilometres to deliver them to various wholesale fruit shops in the city of Bogra in northern Bangladesh.

It is currently watermelon season in Bangladesh and the fruit are valued depending on their size and weight. The cyclists typically earn the equivalent of £3 to £5 per day.
