A great mass of birds take refuge on two ghost like shipwrecks miles from the coast. The Great Cormorants visit every year and use the wrecks as a place to rest while they hunt across the ocean.

There are many boat ruins around the area but this is said to be the only one the birds visit, using it as their own personal hotel. Over the years so many birds have landed there that the ships have turned white due to the colour of their droppings.
