Who's your invisible friend? An impala is reflected in an almost perfect mirror image, even though you can't see the animal itself. The illusion shows two male black-faced impalas reflected in the water but only one impala can actually be seen on the edge of the waterhole, in Etosha National Park, Namibia.

And in another photograph three female impalas are drinking and a male impala's reflection can be seen in the water - though there's no sign of the animal on the bank.
