Oysters harvest farm in Vietnam by Trung Pham Huy (1 images)

A worker harvests oysters from one of the hundreds of growing pillars during low tide at an oyster plantation on the bank of Ganh Rai bay, Vietnam.

The mesmerising image was taken by photographer Trung Pham Huy and shows holes the worker has dug to access the pillars with the Oysters attached.

Mr Huy said “Each grown pillar will house around 20-30 for baby oysters to stick onto, and are then collected by a worker.”

They will work for hours...
