Areas used to harvest salt look like tiles when viewed from above. Workers are seen piling up the white salt as they gather it up within the rectangular spaces in Bashkhali, Chittagong, Bangladesh.

Asker Ibne Firoz, 42, witnessed the workers who work 10 hours each day earning as little as £50-£100 each month.
