Very cute photos of super rare white leucistic 'RED' squirrel by Jim Cumming (14 images)
An extremely rare 'white' red squirrel has been spotted roaming in woodlands. This squirrel has white fur, but isn't an albino.
It is a red squirrel with a genetic condition that causes partial loss of pigmentation in the fur, but the eyes remain dark. The condition, called leucism, is relatively common in grey squirrels but less so with the red species.
