Bone dry.... Workers turn fish that have been left out to dry in the sun to preserve them. Women and children can be seen laying out the fish in Chittagong in Bangladesh.

Shahriar Farzana, 32, said, "Fish are left out for three to four days to dry and preserve them. After drying the fish some will be sold at local markets with a huge portion being exported to other countries."

"The women and children's work is hard still they do so with a smiling face. They are struggling due to poverty but trying to improve their lifestyles and my favourite thing from these shots is I tried my best to show their struggle for work and life. They will earn 70 pence to £1.50 for a day work."

"Preserving fish by drying them is a common manual labour in our country. Usually, poor people take on the work. In some circumstances, children have to work due to family and financial issues."
