Workers make patterns among coffee beans as they spread them out to dry.

After it's harvested once a year, the crop is raked over in a field by five labourers and left to dry for up to four weeks in the suburban area of Pleiku city in the Gia Lai province, Vietnam.

The beans are then roasted before they are packaged and sold.
