A sea of sheep fill a country road for as far as the eye can see. Around 1,600 sheep blocked more than half a mile of road as they made their way from farmland to their semi-annual clipping a short walk away.
The unusual traffic jam only gave way when a tourist bus was forced to drive its way through - and took half an hour to make it past the herd. IT manager Yair Tzur, 71, was travelling on the bus which was driving from Catlins Forest to Dunedin, New Zealand. SEE OUR COPY FOR DETAILS.
