Watch out if you go swimming in the sea - the Russians are training their troops to shoot guns underwater. A squad of marines have been taking part in drills and training exercises to practice shooting in the depths.
They were kitted out in state-of-the-art hydrosuits and masks as they trained for a secretive form of combat - known as underwater sabotage. The divers spent three hours in the murky water and can be seen kneeling down as they fire their special underwater submachine guns.
Photographer Andrey Nekrasov, a former USSR army soldier, took part in the drills. SEE OUR COPY FOR DETAILS.
