A list of the most hilarious names from the 19th century has been unearthed by experts who revealed a baby born in 1870 was called 'One Too Many' Gouldstone. The team at London-based genealogy firm Fraser & Fraser have spent more than 40 years compiling a list of comical names and have discovered more than 200 bizarre identities.
The genealogists also dug up peculiar names including 'Friendless' Baxter, 'Leicester Railway' Cope, 'Zebra' Lynes and 'Time Of' Day. They then whittled the list down to the 10 most eye-catching names. All those who feature in the list were born in various parts of the UK during the 1800s. SEE OUR COPY FOR DETAILS.
