A textured chocolate bar with 12 segments has been found to change the treat's flavour. 'Chocolatexture' uses different patterns to create textured chocolate with the flavour intensified or subdued depending on the pattern on the segment.
Unlike conventional chocolate bars, the 12x3 bar uses various textures including stripes, dots, and zigzags to create a 3D segment. The Japanese company behind the unusual chocolate, Nendo, created the bar after finding that different textures could affect the flavour.
There are five different flavoured bars, each with 12 different textured segments, including milk chocolate, strawberry, white, dark and matcha - a green tea. SEE OUR COPY FOR DETAILS.
